In this lesson, you're going to learn 4 amazing voicings that can be substituted for any major chord. These are some of my favourite voicings and if you integrate them into your own playing it will really make a big difference.
I demonstrate them all in C major. The voicings include closed clusters voicing, a Bill Evans voicing and a very open, modern sounding voicing. You will hear them all used extensively throughout jazz. They are great for comping, solos and just about anything else!
